This is a two-day course on the principles and practices of Scrum. This course is a requirement for
Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
Web Based Training
This is a series of interactive self-paced training modules which covers the basics of Scrum and clarifies the purpose of Scrum’s different meetings.

2. How do I receive Scrum Alliance Certification for the Certified Scrum Courses.
The CSM certificate is granted to those who have successfully completed a CSM course from a Certified Scrum Trainer and who have
completed the Scrum Alliance CSM exam*. This is a 2 step process:
First, find and register for a Certified ScrumMaster course in your area. All of CollabNet’s public courses are taught by Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainers.
Within 2 weeks of successful completion of the CSM course, participants will receive an email from the Scrum Alliance with a log-in and invitation to complete the Scrum Alliance CSM exam*. Upon successful completion of the exam*, attendees will receive their Certified Scrum Master certificate and a complimentary 2 year membership to the Scrum Alliance.

4.Do I need to be practicing Scrum already to take the public courses?
No. Course attendees come from a variety of experience levels with Scrum. We find that people take the course for a variety of reasons, for example:

5.Who is the Scrum Crash Course designed for?
This is a two-day course intended for anyone involved in the Scrum development process: i.e. developers, project managers,
architects, technology consultants, business analysts, ScrumMasters, and Product Owners. Other functional stakeholders that
work with Scrum technical teams also find the course valuable (executives, sales/marketing, finance, HR).
